## Starting a business

The software is free, with no subscription. When AI does work for you, you pay exactly what the AI provider charges, with nothing added.

## Open source

Take the names out of a document before an AI reads it. Both are open source and run on your own computer.

  - Finds names, numbers and identifying details in a PDF, Word or text file.
  - You check what it found before anything exports. Nothing leaves your computer.
- [Simpler.Legal](https://simpler.legal): Swap the names in a legal document for tags, check them, then hand it to any AI. Where it runs: Windows.
  - Each name becomes a tag such as [Person1]. Dates, amounts and business facts stay, because the AI needs them.
  - **Compare versions.** Line up two drafts to see what actually changed, then copy the changes with the names already out.
  - **Find.** Search every document you have redacted for a name, a company or a number.
  - **Related cases.** Pick a case and see the ones most like it, and why.

## Financing
